The First United Methodist Pre-School is an outreach ministry of the First United Methodist Church of Burleson to families of the church and the community. The program enables parents some time each week for themselves and to feel secure in the knowledge that their children will be receiving proper care, Christian training, and guidance.
The program provides opportunities for preschool children to enjoy learning experiences and to expand the child’s social and emotional development.
The program’s objectives in teaching children are to enable them to:
The preschool welcomes any child from six weeks of age through four year olds. There is no discrimination in regard to religion or race.
Our regular school day is from 9am-2pm. We offer two, three, and five day a week options, as well as before- and after-school care.
Enrollment begins in the spring and continues throughout the year. A $150 non-refundable registration fee, together with the Enrollment Form, is required for enrollment. Each child must also have an Admission Information form, immunization record or waiver, and a signed Preschool Health Statement prior to the child’s first day of class.
FUMC Burleson Preschool follows the Burleson ISD calendar for school holidays and closings.
